Business Analyst on an ERP Programme to replace the existing ERP system with Netsuite. Responsible for working with the Non-Finance Business Units to understand and map their processes to feed into testing and training needs analysis. Working across both the Design & Delivery and Business Transformation workstreams to prepare the Business Units for the change.

Working alongside business units to understand their processes and how they fit with the core system processes. Forming part of this role was the development of a Process Centre of Excellence strategy and launch plan to standardise the management of processes across the organisation.
