Process improvement really is part of my job that I truly love. It is when you will find me at my most happiest.

For me it doesn’t feel like work, it feels like putting the pieces together of a puzzle until you end up with the complete picture, helping to improve team and business performance.

I also love sharing the ins and outs of process mapping with others, so hopefully they feel confident enough to try it out or can at least read a process map properly.
